Syntax-Brillian Corporation, manufacturing Olevia LCD HDTVs has a commanding presence in the future of high-definition TVs. The company is making thin-film-transistor liquid crystal display (TFT-LCD) for 65-inch and smaller HDTVs. The company's lead products include the Olevia brand of widescreen HDTVs that are a growing global TV brand.
There is nothing better for PC gaming and computer use than a nice big LCD HDTV. Olevia may not be a name familiar to everyone, but they make superb displays. This TV has nice features and a fantastic picture display image for your viewing pleasure. Gaming with PC using an XFX 7600 GT can be great as well.
The Olevia HDTV series have awesome picture quality. The native resolution is 1366 x 768 with 16:9 aspect ratios. The gray-to-gray response time is 8ms so whether watching movies or PC gaming, the images will be very clear. The RF inputs will support SDTV, 480i, 480p, 720p, 1080i. Picture in picture and split screen options are included as well.
The tuner is an ATSC/NTSC Combo tuner with a MTK MDDI video processor. Viewing angles are great at 178 degrees both horizontally and vertically. Contrast ratio is dynamic 1600:1. Quality is further improved by a digital comb filter, progressive scan and 2:2/3:2 pull down. You can also adjust the color temperatures to suit your tastes and viewing environment.
Audio inputs include one R/L RCA Audio and one stereo mini jack for headphones. The dual speakers are 20W each and can be moved from bottom mounted to side mounted with an adapter kit. |
