This HDTV from Toshiba combines a 19" LCD TV along with a built-in DVD player. It has the Digital Television Certification and includes features like video interface component, HDMI and S-Video PC Interface VGA (HD-15). It has widescreen display with TFT technology and an active matrix resolution of 1440 x 900.
The image contrast ratio is 800:1 and has 350 cd/m2 brightness. The viewing angle is 160 degrees vertical and the pixel response time of 5 ms. The display menu language is in English, French and Spanish and the set comes with V-Chip Control.

There are a number of additional features like the on/off timer, clock, parental control, channel labeling, color stream HD Component, video inputs and of course the DVD player that is built-in media type for CD-R, CD-RW, DVD-R, DVD-RW, DVD, CD, Video CD MP3 playback.
Other attractive elements of this unit are the fast/slow playback, DivX capability, JPEG photo playback, slow motion mode, WMA playback, TV Tuner Analog, NTSC, Digital and ATSC and QAM video features. This set is HDTV Ready.
This set can stand on the table top that is included or it can be mounted on the wall. This is a beautiful unit, well-constructed, nicely designed, and very sharp looking. The black trim is very attractive and likely to fit in well in any room or setting. The picture quality leaves nothing to be desired. The colors are brilliant and sharp. This is as good as a 19 inch 780P HD-TV gets.
